A delightful evening..

A dinner long awaited with my friend Sam Chin Yee.. It was around 5pm when she called me to go for dinner.. I was in One-Utama with Chulan and his friend from Penang.. forgotten his name though... aiks...

Well Sam and I went to a cafe called WonderMilk. I love the atmosphere there when I went there for the first time with my girlfriend and her friends.. :) That's why I took Sam there.. After we ordered our sandwiches, we chatted.... and chatted... and chatted... hahaha... Yes it was a long chat.. and when we finish it was around 7.30pm... goodness...

Anyways, we shared a lot of things that evening... all about our past and personal experiences... :) we really have a lot of things in common.. :) There was one story that she shared with me that I would like to share with all of you reading this post here... Its about anger.. She asked me.. if someone is angry, does the anger belong to him or does it belong to you? *confused* Er... its his? Yes the anger is his.. Sam then told me a story about the Buddha...

When Buddha first preach about his teachings, the people in India did not like it and some go to an extend to hurt him. And one of his disciple, follows Buddha to hurt him and try to make him angry.. At that time, Buddha is going towards achieving a higher state of his state of mind... So that disciple one day attempted again in making Buddha angry.. And Buddha which has been ignoring him all these while suddenly turn to him and ask him a question.. If you give a present to a person and that person rejects it, so who owns the present? Then the follower ask Buddha why he ask him such a stupid question? and answers hastily "of course its still mine!" Then Buddha say, "Yes you're right and I don't want your present."

So if we don't reply to someone's anger, we won't be affected.. so why care? ;)
If there is a better word to describe admire I would use it on my feelings towards Sam... She's really a woman who holds her principles very strongly.. Really salute her... :)

Till hen...
